How do you think these past few years have influenced the way we work?

Change has accelerated, and we now have many more tools to optimize performance, time, and work. I believe that, combined with companies’ value propositions, flexibility, and focus on team well-being, has made work-life balance a reality resulting in increased productivity and a better work environment.

What do you value most about your day to day? And being part of Baker Tilly?

The opportunity to learn continuously and work alongside people I admire motivates me and helps me grow both personally and professionally.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and never forgetting the human side are key to growing and becoming better professionals.
