With a vocation for teaching, I am a multidisciplinary professional highly service-oriented, both towards clients and internally. I find fulfilment in sharing my knowledge both in my role as a labour advisor and in my position as manager of the Employment Advisory department.

How do you think the last few years have influenced the way you work?

My way of working at Baker Tilly is defined by a strong sense of teamwork, where everyone is essential and complementary, collaborating towards a common goal: achieving professional excellence without losing humility and authenticity.

As expected, the team is the foundation of my daily satisfaction.
