At Baker Tilly, I am an Audit Partner (ROAC) and responsible for the Central Region audit division (Madrid and surrounding provinces), as well as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Baker Tilly Auditores.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

A career in auditing provides the opportunity to gain experience across the different areas of a company and to build a professional career within a firm.

How do you think the last few years have influenced the way you work?

In auditing, remote working has facilitated work-life balance, something that was previously very challenging. Currently, it is possible to carry out professional activities in line with one’s academic background from any location, without the need to be physically present in the firm’s office.
