Tell us about yourself

I hold a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and have been a member of the Official Registry of Auditors (ROAC) since 2006.

My career in audit began after working in other sectors such as international cooperation and consulting, and I am currently a partner at Audalia Auditores, where I lead audit projects for companies across various sectors, including construction, engineering, distribution and non-profit organisations, among others.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

My advice is to make the most of every opportunity to learn and not be afraid of challenges. Audit and advisory require patience and a strong commitment to continuous learning, but they also offer significant rewards. Being flexible, listening actively and working as part of a team are essential qualities, as well as maintaining curiosity and always contributing with empathy.

What do you value most in your day-to-day work?

In my day-to-day work, what I value most is working alongside such a professional and committed team. Being part of this firm means committing to quality, integrity and innovation, in an environment where effort and teamwork are always at the forefront, making a real difference.

"In recent years, we have made progress in technology and flexibility, which has allowed us to be closer to clients and teams, and to work more efficiently and collaboratively."
