Tell us about yourself
I hold a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and have been a member of the Official Registry of Auditors (ROAC) since 2006.
My career in auditing began almost 25 years ago, after working in other sectors such as international cooperation and consulting. Today, I am a partner at Audalia Auditores, where I lead audit projects for a wide range of organizations, including construction, engineering, distribution companies, and non-profit entities, among others.
What advice would you give to someone starting their career?
My advice is to make the most of every opportunity to learn and not to be afraid of challenges. Auditing and advisory work require patience and a continuous commitment to learning, but they also offer great rewards. Being flexible, listening carefully, and working as part of a team are essential qualities. It is also important to stay curious and always contribute with empathy.
What do you value most in your day-to-day work?
In my day-to-day work, what I value most is working alongside such a professional and committed team. Being part of this firm means embracing quality, integrity, and innovation, in an environment where effort and teamwork are always at the forefront, making a real difference.
