Tell us about yourself
I am the CEO of Baker Tilly in Spain and a member of the Baker Tilly International Board.
I began my professional career at a law firm in Italy and later at an audit firm in Germany. I then returned to Spain to join the finance department of a pharmaceutical company. I subsequently moved into consulting and, between 2005 and 2010, I was involved in international projects in countries such as Switzerland, Germany and Italy.
In 2010, I joined the firm on a permanent basis.
What do you value most in your day-to-day work, and being part of Baker Tilly?
What I value most is the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of the firm, as well as to help bring to life the business vision we defined a few years ago. Throughout this journey, we have learned from many of our international colleagues, who have consistently demonstrated great generosity in sharing their knowledge with us.
Today, we are a professional services firm that is increasingly larger and more complex, and which requires the continuous development of capabilities to keep moving forward.
