Tell us about yourself
During a recruitment process with various audit firms, I had the opportunity to meet Dani and Alberto, partners at Baker Tilly Levante. I joined their team in January 2015, marking the beginning of my career within the firm.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
Audit has traditionally been characterized by requiring a high level of dedication, particularly due to the concentration of work in the first half of the financial year. In addition, for a long time, remote work was not considered especially effective.
However, over the years it has been demonstrated that the hybrid model, combining on-site presence and remote work, can be just as effective as a fully in-person model. From my perspective, being physically present at the client’s premises enhances efficiency and helps ensure projects are completed on time. Nevertheless, incorporating one or two days of remote work allows for the same level of effectiveness, while also improving work-life balance.
What do you value most about your day-to-day life and being part of Baker Tilly?
What I value most about Baker Tilly is its people. I believe the firm is made up of highly skilled professionals capable of delivering a wide range of projects and developing individuals with little or no experience into outstanding professionals.
In addition, its global presence, both nationally and internationally, enables the firm to meet clients’ needs in a comprehensive and integrated manner.
