Tell us about yourself

I am a lawyer specialised in Procedural Law and I primarily advise companies in the areas of commercial contracting and litigation law. I am a member of the Girona Bar Association, where I served on the Young Lawyers Committee for two terms. In recent years, I have been recognised in the Best Lawyers directory in the Litigation category.

I have led civil, commercial and labour matters, and have appeared before all types of courts and jurisdictions, handling a wide range of procedures and appeals.

My work focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice to clients across multiple areas of law, always with the aim of avoiding litigation, strengthening the client’s position in the event of a dispute and, where necessary, preparing and managing procedural legal representation, in close collaboration with the firm’s Forensic team, as well as with external advisors specialised in forensic expert evidence.

I currently lead a team primarily focused on labour law.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?

There is increasing legal and procedural complexity, and greater agility is required in client relationships, with a more active role in business decision-making. We must also be more competitive to strengthen our market position.
