How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

Field work in auditing has changed a lot.  Technological evolution has made paper practically disappear, giving way to being able to do the work anywhere, without being so necessary to be present at the client's offices. Now, the time with the client is effective, and it is no longer necessary to spend hours gathering information filed on paper. This makes audits much more efficient.

What do you value most in your day-to-day work and being part of Baker Tilly?

You are in continuous training, there is no room for routine or monotony. In addition, teamwork is very enriching, both professionally and personally. We all learn from each other and the closeness that exists in Baker Tilly helps a lot to achieve this.

“My advice is to start with a lot of enthusiasm and take advantage of the many learning opportunities that auditing offers, such as working in various teams, sectors of activity and meeting many companies and professionals from whom you can always learn.”
