How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

Audit fieldwork has changed significantly. Technological evolution has led to the near disappearance of paper, enabling work to be carried out from virtually any location, without the need for constant on-site presence at clients’ offices. As a result, time spent with clients is now more effective, as there is no longer a need to devote hours to gathering information stored in physical formats. This has made audits much more efficient.

What do you value most in your day-to-day work and being part of Baker Tilly?

I particularly value the fact that continuous training is encouraged and that there is no room for routine or monotony. In addition, teamwork is highly enriching, both professionally and personally. There is a constant exchange of knowledge among colleagues, and the close-knit environment at Baker Tilly plays a key role in making this possible.

“My advice is to start with a lot of enthusiasm and take advantage of the many learning opportunities that auditing offers, such as working in various teams, sectors of activity and meeting many companies and professionals from whom you can always learn.”
