I have led and coordinated multiple projects in strategic consulting, M&A transactions, financial audits, financial consulting, business plans, as well as company valuations, due diligence and IBR. Since 2017, I have been a Partner in the Advisory area at Baker Tilly.

What do you value most about your day to day? And being part of Baker Tilly?

Being part of Baker Tilly allows me to be part of a dynamic and growing organization that increasingly prioritises client satisfaction, while recognising its direct link to employee satisfaction.

How do you think the last few years have influenced the way you work?

In my view, I would highlight the emergence of new technologies, driven by the need to adapt to changing circumstances, which has enabled greater efficiency and increased workforce mobility. Furthermore, I believe that companies whose most valuable asset is their people (such as Baker Tilly), and that strive to remain competitive, have understood the importance of enhancing their employees’ skills to deliver better service, as well as motivating and retaining talent.
