Tell us about yourself

During my academic training, I specialised in the labour sector, specifically in employment legal advisory and personnel management, holding a double degree and a Master’s in Labour Law and Human Resources Management. After working in different HR areas and in various national and multinational firms, I am currently a Partner in the Employment Advisory area.

My work primarily focuses on comprehensive labour advisory services for companies, as well as on the implementation and development of administrative processes across a wide range of professional environments related to employment matters. I also have extensive experience in labour due diligence, training management, benefits administration, flexible compensation plans, and liaising with labour authorities.

At present, I am responsible for HR outsourcing and labour advisory services for a range of organisations, including SMEs, cooperatives and associations, as well as large corporate groups and Spanish subsidiaries of multinational companies.

What do you value most about your day to day?

In addition to working in a positive environment, approaching daily situations with a constructive attitude and being part of a cohesive team that tackles challenges assertively, I am particularly motivated by seeing the professional and personal growth of my team and how they combine their efforts to achieve shared goals and results.

How do you think the last few years have influenced the way you work?

Undoubtedly, technology has been placed at the service of Social Security and corporate labour administration and management. This has brought numerous advantages, such as improved efficiency and speed in certain processes, but it has also required us to adopt more robust review methods and work with greater rigour due to data control and management processes carried out by public authorities.
